Hi, I’m Ross, a seasoned Design Leader and UX Expert with over 20 years of experience in digital product development and team building. I started my career as a product designer, progressed to Head of Design where I grew and nurtured teams, and eventually advanced to Managing Director roles. Throughout my journey, I’ve managed over 200 digital products from concept to launch, across industries such as financial services, hospitality, and professional services.
I specialise in partnering with medium to large companies that are either embarking on the creation of a new digital product or seeking to evolve their existing products (SaaS, mobile apps, or similar) to stay ahead in a competitive market.
