Streamlining Fleetcor’s digital estate across Europe, enhancing consistency and efficiency with a targeted website redesign in Germany, enhanced with AI.

Marks & Spencer Loyalty Mobile App

2021

Marks & Spencer sought to engage their loyal Sparks customers during the festive season with a unique digital initiative by designing and launching a digital advent calendar that seamlessly integrated with their existing Sparks program.

Leading the design for iOS and Android, I facilitated the development of an intuitive and exciting digital advent calendar, which achieved over 100,000 downloads within the first 48 hours, demonstrating its appeal and effectiveness.


WWF Behavioural Change App

2019

WWF engaged us to create a digital activation for Earth Hour, aiming to raise awareness about the urgent need to protect our planet.

Through a Design Sprint, we developed and tested an iOS and Android app, achieving high user engagement and validating the concept for further development.

I was tasked with working on the user experience of events, initially on iOS with an Android version in development.

The app, available in 10 countries, integrated features such as product search, order tracking, event bookings, and cycle guides, resulting in a 26% sales increase in the UK for the year ending February 2015.
