Streamlining Fleetcor’s digital estate across Europe, enhancing consistency and efficiency with a targeted website redesign in Germany, enhanced with AI.

I ran the UX side of the project, including generating content guides with the assistance of AI, creating user flows and wireframes, as well as facilitating multiple stakeholder workshops.

Problem

Fleetcor faced significant challenges with their sprawling digital estate across Europe, which resulted in inconsistencies and inefficiencies, particularly affecting the performance of their European websites.

Recognising the need for a strategic overhaul, Fleetcor prioritised the redesign of the EUF Reseller Website, with Germany designated as the starting point for this pivotal first phase.

Solution

My role began with aligning on user personas and establishing a robust information architecture to address the core issues of the existing system. This foundation allowed us to move into rapid ideation, mapping, and prototyping phases efficiently.

Utilising AI tools, I developed content guides that informed the design of the key pages of the website.

To ensure the redesign met the actual needs of users, I conducted extensive user testing sessions involving both current and potential new customers. These sessions were crucial in gathering actionable insights, which I used to refine and adjust the designs accordingly.

This iterative design process ensured that the final product not only aligned with Fleetcor’s strategic vision but also resonated well with the end-users, significantly enhancing the user experience across their European digital platforms.
